A warm welcome to the online home of Travesky & Associates, Ltd. This site chronicles our project experience, our ever-expanding range of skills and the progressive direction of our firm. In business since 1986, we are a community relations firm, specializing in land use, zoning, transportation and environmental projects.

Our firm’s mission is to provide the best service possible for every project, whether for local or state governments, or commercial clients and non-profit organizations. We manage sensitive scenarios with maximum efficiency and results.

We utilize creative techniques to reach communities and opinion makers. We negotiate land use and transportation solutions, conduct feasibility and environmental studies and facilitate project management for our clients. Whether we are representing a commercial client or a governmental agency, our success is a direct result of our ability to:

• Establish an effective rapport with the client, the public, officials, businesses, media, special interest groups and underrepresented populations;
• Exhibit sensitivity in building collaborative teams and partnerships among diverse parties;
• Provide our clients with innovative informational materials, videos, training and survey techniques; and
• Design and manage project web sites and relational databases.

We are certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) for federal-aid projects and as a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) for state projects.
